7. For the closed isolation layer of the plastering base, generally 30% 107 glue can be used, and the oily paint can be brushed on the base with clear oil and thinner, after drying Putty can be scraped off.

8. If the putty is too thick, it should be scraped in layers. After drying, smooth it with sandpaper to clean up the dust.  

2. Treatment methods and requirements for wood base 

1. The quality of wood products should comply with the relevant provisions of the construction and acceptance specifications for wood structure engineering, and its moisture content should not exceed 12%.

2. The surface of wooden products should be flat, free of dust, oil and other dirt, and sandpaper should be used before construction.

3. The surface gaps, burrs, forks and fat sacs of wood products should be treated, then smoothed and polished with putty. Larger fat sacs and knots should be removed and repaired with wood with the same grain. Resin, tannins, pigments, etc. on the surface of wood products should be removed.

4. Deburring: The burr on the wooden surface has fire burning method and wetting method. The fire burning method is to use sandpaper to make burrs and then use alcohol lamp to burn the sandpaper; wetting method It is wiped with a damp cloth, the burrs are raised, and the sandpaper is smoothed after drying.

5. In addition to rosin: use 5%-6% sodium carbonate, or use 5% sodium hydroxide, or use a mixture of 5% sodium carbonate and acetone, or 25% Scrub with acetone aqueous solution, then rinse with clean water. After removing the resin, scrub with alcohol and paint the flakes to prevent the resin from oozing out again.

6. Degrease: Scrub with soapy water or hot alkaline water, then rinse with clean water and sand with sandpaper.

7. In addition to tannins: Some woods (chestnut, hemp oak) contain tannins. It reacts with dyes, causing inconsistent wood color, so remove tannins before coloring. The methods include smoking and boiling method and isolation method. Brushing with bone glue first can play the role of isolation.

8. Filling and scraping putty: It is especially important for the surface with loose wood, mainly to level the defects such as brown eyes, annual rings and knots on the surface of the wood. The color of the putty should be Consistent with paint color or base coloration.

9. Polished sandpaper: sandpaper is also applied after each application, and all sandpapers should be thinned one by one.

10. Coloring: Both dyeing and chemical dyeing can be used. The dyeing is divided into water color and wine color. Due to the different manufacturers of pigments, the chromaticity and shade are different, so in the Different woods have different shades of color. When coloring, a sample should be made first, and when the requirements are met, the formal coloring will be carried out.  

III. Metal base treatment method and requirements 

1. Requirements for metal base layer:

The dust, oil, rust, welding slag and other pollutants on the surface of the metal base should be removed, and rust and decontamination should be removed by means of pickling, shot blasting, sand blasting, etc. Alkaline water can remove oil stains and silicone glue. Scraping the putty and applying the primer is the same as the wood base.

2. Processing method of metal base layer:

Manual rust removal: Use various rust removal tools to remove rust.

Sand blasting and rust removal: divided into dry sand and wet sand.

Shot blasting and rust removal: Both steel shot and iron shot are available, generally 0.2-1mm in diameter.

Chemical rust removal: Use various acidic solutions to chemically react with rust spots, scales and dirt to achieve the purpose of rust removal.
