1. Construction process: (ABS, PC, ABS+PC) dust and oil with absolute ethanol → spray bottom Lacquer (one-component or two-component) →70℃±10℃×15-30min → cover PU bright oil → 70℃±10℃, 120-180min  → finished product

2. Spray gun equipment: 2.1 The diameter of the spray gun needs to be 1.5 or 1.8; 2.2 The control valve of the robot arm spray gun uses R4; 2.3 Outlet pipe size is 16mm
